Ungrateful People Have One Thing in Common: Memory Loss

Ungrateful people often share one unfortunate trait: they forget. They forget the hands that lifted them when they were down. They forget the shoulders that carried their burdens when they could not carry them alone. They forget the sacrifices made, the tears shed, the prayers offered, and the countless acts of kindness extended to them. When people become consumed by pride, entitlement, or selfish ambition, their memory of yesterday’s help begins to fade.
