WHEN YOUR ATTORNEY IS USING YOU TO BECOME RICH WHEN THEY KNOW YOU LIED, YET REFUSE TO TELL YOU THE TRUTH WHEN THEY KEEP YOU AS THEIR ATM WHILE PRETENDING TO “FIGHT” FOR YOU BY CONSTANTLY FILING PAPERS AND REACHING OUT TO OPPOSING COUNSEL

STOP DECEIVING YOURSELF

If you know you lied about your case, you are not a “valued client”—you are an ATM.

This message is for those who were never advised properly.

For those who mistake constant filings for genuine advocacy.

For those who believe that “more motions” means “more care.”

And for those who are being quietly drained—financially, emotionally, and morally—without realizing it.

Let’s speak the truth plainly.

THE HARSH REALITY MANY DON’T WANT TO HEAR

An attorney who knows you lied—and still keeps pushing your case without correcting you—is not protecting you.

They are protecting their income.

A good attorney’s first duty is not to your ego, your revenge, or your storyline.

It is to the law, the facts, and ethical responsibility.

When a lawyer realizes:

Your version of events doesn’t match the evidence

Your claims collapse under scrutiny

Your case survives only through delay and paperwork

…and they still encourage you to keep going, billing you every step of the way—

You are no longer a client.

You are a revenue stream.

FILING DOCUMENTS DOES NOT EQUAL CARING

Many clients are impressed when:

Motions are constantly filed

Letters are always sent

Opposing counsel is repeatedly contacted

But here is what no one tells you:

📌 Excessive filings can be a smokescreen.

📌 Communication does not equal progress.

📌 Activity is not the same as strategy.

Sometimes, filings are not meant to win—

They are meant to prolong.

Because as long as the case lives,

The billing lives.

THE TRUTH YOUR ATTORNEY MAY NEVER SAY TO YOU

A responsible attorney should tell you:

“This lie will destroy your case.”

“The evidence does not support your claim.”

“Continuing will cost you more than it will ever give you.”

“The law cannot be manipulated the way you think.”

If they never say these things—

If they only say “Let’s file another motion”—

Ask yourself who truly benefits.

YOU CANNOT OUTSMART THE LAW

Let this be clear:

You cannot manipulate or outsmart the legal system

—unless the people handling the case abandon their duty and behave just like you.

The law does not bend because of persistence.

It bends only when ethics fail.

And when that happens, everyone involved eventually pays:

The client

The attorney

And sometimes, innocent people caught in between

ADVICE FOR THOSE WITH NO ONE TO GUIDE THEM

1. If you lied, pause.

No legal skill can permanently protect a falsehood.

2. Demand honesty from your attorney—or walk away.

An attorney who won’t tell you the hard truth is not on your side.

3. Ask this simple question:

“If I stop paying today, would this case still make sense?”

4. Understand this:

The law is not fooled by theatrics, paperwork, or delay.

5. Integrity costs less than deception—always.

FINAL WORD

The most dangerous lie is not the one told in court—

It is the one you tell yourself:

“That my attorney keeps filing because they care.”

No.

Sometimes they keep filing because you keep paying.

Choose truth over ego.

Choose responsibility over illusion.

Choose wisdom before the law chooses consequences for you.
