“LISTEN BEST YOU JUDGE”

“Next time someone is speaking passionately, do not interrupt them by immediately saying they are yelling. Instead, listen. People do not just raise their voices for no reason — there is often pain, frustration, truth, or urgency behind it.

The real responsibility is not to silence them, but to understand what caused that reaction in the first place.

Stop focusing only on the tone while ignoring the message. Sometimes a person is trying to make you hear what you refused to hear when it was said calmly.

Learn to separate wrong from right, and truly listen before judging someone’s emotions. Listening with understanding can prevent more damage than simply telling someone to stop speaking.”
