In 2023, Curt Walter Puskas and his wife Vanessa Susanna Puskas kidnapped Favour Puskas's husband, Al Puskas, who has been diagnosed with dementia since 2021. They isolated him from his family and have taken illegal actions under his name.

• Forgery & Fraudulent Documents: They allegedly forged multiple documents, including title deeds and business ownership records. The most serious of these include:

• The title deed to our family home is 9342 Shannon Avenue, Garden Grove, CA 92841.

• Legal documents associated with National Fail Safe (NFS), a business located at 6442 Industry Way, Westminster, CA 92683, which does not belong to Curt Puskas, but belongs to Al Puskas who is now suffering from dementia.

• Attempted Illegal Sale of Property: Curt Puskas is currently attempting to sell the Shannon Avenue home where Al Puskas's wife and children are residing by threatening to kick Al out of their home, which he fraudulently placed under his name. Any person or entity considering the purchase of this property should exercise extreme caution, as Curt Puskas is not the rightful owner, and the property is subject to legal disputes.

• Criminal History:

Curt Puskas (Walter) is known to have a criminal record, including drug-related offenses, and is reportedly still on probation. This raises serious concerns about his credibility and legality in any business or real estate transactions.

Al Puskas is suffering from dementia and is being imprisoned in in-home care where Curt Puskas and his wife Vanessa Susana Puskas as taken him to enable them to take away everything Als own and give to his wife and children.

Right now Al Puskas who is suffering from dementia is pleading and begging his wife Favour Puskas who is the only one who cares and has always cared for him to bring him back to their Shannon home so he can live under the same roof with his wife and children.

As it is allegedly being misrepresented by Curt Puskas.
