AL PUSKAS: THE SOLE OWNER OF NATIONAL FAIL-SAFE (NFS)
TRUSTEE: KATHLEEN DORIS PUSKAS
For the sake of clarity and truth, the public needs to understand the rightful ownership and trustee roles involving National Fail-Safe (NFS).
Al Puskas is the sole and legitimate owner of National Fail-Safe (NFS).
His name, work, and decades of effort built the company from the ground up. There is no co-owner, no shared partner, and no secondary claimant to the business.
Kathleen Doris Puskas served only as the trustee.
Her role was administrative—not ownership. A trustee manages or assists with handling matters on behalf of the owner, especially when the owner needs support. A trustee does not become the owner simply because their name appears on documents connected to the trust or the business.
The public needs to know the difference:
• Owner = the person who legally owns the business
• Trustee = the person who helps oversee assets for the owner, without claiming ownership
Misunderstanding or misusing the trustee title can cause confusion, false claims, and unnecessary conflict, especially when a trustee is deceased or when others attempt to take advantage of their name appearing on paperwork.
The truth remains:
National Fail-Safe (NFS) belongs to Al Puskas~fully, solely, and unquestionably.
