POSITION IS TEMPORARY — DO NOT ABUSE YOUR POWER
Laws and rules are written by people, and laws and rules can also be changed by people.
So, when you are given a position of power, be careful how you use it.
Do not use your position to intimidate others, silence them, or destroy their lives. Do not use your authority to tear families apart, destroy marriages, separate parents from their children, or turn loved ones against one another.
Remember: the position you hold today may not be the position you hold tomorrow.
Life is constantly changing. You never know what the next second, the next day, or the next chapter may bring—not only for you, but for the people you love and care about.
Never use your authority to cause another family pain.
Never use your position to separate a husband from his wife or a parent from their children when it is not right.
Because the harm you help create for others can come back to you in ways you never imagined.
You may think the money you are making is everything. You may believe that your position gives you protection. But money cannot buy justice, and a position cannot make anyone untouchable.
Laws can change. Rules can change. Positions can change. People can change.
And circumstances can change in an instant.
You may think no one sees what you are doing.
But someone sees.
There are people who know what is right and what is wrong. There are people who will stand by the truth, even when standing for what is right is difficult.
So, while you have authority, use it responsibly.
While you have power, use it with compassion.
While you have a position, protect people instead of destroying them.
Do not become so focused on money, status, or power that you forget the human lives affected by your decisions.
Because behind every case, every decision, every file, and every order are real people, real families, real children, real marriages, and real lives.
What goes around can come around.
You may never know how your actions will return to you or to the people you love.
So choose wisely.
Do what is right.
Stand for what is right.
Protect what is right.
And never abuse your position at the expense of another family’s life.
Because power is temporary.
Positions are temporary.
Money is temporary.
But the consequences of what you do with your power can last a lifetime.
WHAT IS RIGHT?
What is right is protecting people—not destroying them.
What is right is keeping families together when it is safe and appropriate—not tearing them apart for personal gain.
What is right is standing for truth—even when it is uncomfortable.
What is right is remembering that every person deserves to be treated with dignity, fairness, and humanity.
Do what is right—because one day, you may be the one asking someone else to do the same for you.
